At The HeArt Studio, we believe parties should be more than entertainment—they should create meaningful memories. Our celebrations are hands-on, creative, warm, and intentionally designed so every child and adult leaves feeling proud of what they have created.

Our parties are approximately 1.5 hours and include guided crafting, celebration time, and memorable photo moments.

Our parties are designed for children ages 4+, with many activities enjoyable for teens and even adults.

Absolutely! We love when parents and family members join the creative fun.

Each party includes 1.5 hours of guided crafting, up to 12 crafters, 2 pizza pies and juice, a dedicated party host, and full setup and cleanup.

A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your date.

Yes! Additional guests can be added based on your party tier. Pricing varies depending on the package you choose.

At The HeArt Studio, we can accommodate up to 40 guests in our party room and up to 35 guests in our craft room.

Yes, everyone who craft with us is counted as a crafter.

Absolutely—custom themes may be available depending on materials and planning time, price varies.

Our instructors guide each child at their own pace so everyone feels successful. In some cases, younger children may choose foam art or sand art instead of the featured party craft. However, each crafter will count toward the total number of party guests.

Yes! Families are welcome to bring cake, snacks, and drinks.

Yes—party hosts may arrive up to 30 minutes early for setup. If you need more than 30 minutes, please confirm with us in advance.

Yes, metered parking is available on Bernard Street and across the street on Port Washington Blvd. On weekends, guests may also park for free at the Port Washington Commuter Parking Lot 8 located on Vanderventer Ave.

Final guest count must be confirmed 5 days before the party. Once confirmed, the final guest count will be used for billing, even if fewer guests attend on the day of the party. Any additional guests beyond the confirmed count will be accommodated when possible and will incur additional charges based on your selected party tier.

Yes! We may capture photos or short videos for social media unless requested otherwise.
