At The HeArt Studio NY, we are committed to providing an inspiring and creative experience for all our guests. To maintain fairness and clarity for everyone, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
🖌️ WORKSHOPS, CLASSES & EVENTS

Cancellations with 72+ hours’ notice: Eligible for studio credit.

Cancellations less than 72 hours: No refunds or credits due to preparation and limited capacity.

No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
🎨 CAMPS & MULTI-DAY PROGRAMS

Cancellations with 72+ hours' notice: Eligible for a studio credit.

Cancellations within 72 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.
✂️ PRIVATE BOOKINGS / PARTIES

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to reserve your date.

Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made 7+ days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding deposit).

No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
🎁 PRODUCTS & RETAIL

All sales are final for kits, handmade items, and custom orders.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
💌 WEATHER & STUDIO CANCELLATIONS
If The HeArt Studio NY must cancel a session due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive the choice of a full refund or studio credit.
