Studio Policies

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings at The HeArt Studio NY are non-refundable.

Due to limited seating and the preparation required for each session, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed appointments.

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate one reschedule per booking, based on availability.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited session.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have a shortened experience or may need to forfeit their booking, depending on the schedule.

Age Policy

Certain workshops are designated as adults-only. Please check each service description before booking.

Children must be supervised unless the session is a drop-off event (such as Kids Night In).

Media Consent Policy (Photo & Video)

By entering The HeArt Studio NY, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed.

Content captured in the studio may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and our website.

If you prefer not to be included in any media, please inform a team member upon arrival.

General Studio Policy

We aim to create a calm, respectful, and creative environment for all guests.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or does not respect the space, materials, or other guests.
